Great drinks, chill vibe, amazing coffee. Fun 80s horror themed coffee house. I got the Voorhees Fog and a Helter Skelter Killer tea, both phenomenal. I spoke with the owner who was so sweet and friendly, and she said they make everything in house. Just a great place, with delicious creative drinks, 10 out 10 will definitely be back, support this family business!

Drove down from Murrieta to visit this place and I have no regrets! Their coffee is amazing and the menu is super well rounded with many sugar free and milk alternatives! Of course the best part is the horror movie decor and drink themes. Highly recommend supporting this local coffee joint, friendly staff and clean tables with reasonable prices.

This coffee shop is the best. All of the coffee drinks and teas I have tried are to die for… no pun intended. The staff is super friendly. Seems like a fun place to work. The unique atmosphere feels cozy to us horror fans. Fun coffee shop, fun decor, great drinks.

As a horror lover myself this place is great! There’s all things ghostface and I love all the old news letters of ghostface and Sydney Prescott! There’s also some other characters from other movies like Micheal Myers, the nun, and Jason! I got the shark water and it was alright but it was tangy and sour I wasn’t a fan. I thought the s’mores cookie wasn’t that great but the atmosphere is great! And the service was great. The workers were super nice

My personal favorite drink here is Freddy's Nightmare (Red Velvet) I love Roast the Dead with my whole heart!! Coolest themed coffee spot around I visit every time I get the chance, and I love supporting a family owned business! Props to the owner Jen and the rest of the staff for always being friendly and welcoming. My other favorite part about this place is the occasional guest table, such as La Mestiza Dulceria!

My teen daughters love coming here on our thrift trips to the Savers. The drinks are so good, super chill spot. It's dark inside with creepy decor, great music and scary movies playing. If that's not your vibe, I still suggest getting a drink and taking it to go, they make great coffee and tea!

Roast the Dead Coffee in Riverside is hands down one of the coolest coffee spots I’ve ever been to! The staff is always super friendly and clearly hard-working — they really care about what they do and it shows in the service and the drinks. This place is horror-themed from the floor up, and I love it! It's dark inside with spooky decor and a fun, eerie vibe that makes it totally unique. Definitely not your average coffee shop — and that’s exactly why I keep coming back. My go-to drinks are the Voorhees Toasted Marshmallow ice blended and the Horchata & Cinnamon blended — both are super refreshing, perfectly sweet, and packed with flavor. Whether you're in the mood for an iced blended drink or just a classic coffee, they've got you covered. One of the best parts is that there’s usually a horror movie playing in the background, which totally adds to the vibe. Today they were playing 80's themed music which fit the aesthetic perfectly. There are a few tables to sit at if you want to hang out— it’s pretty dark inside, so it might not be the ideal place to study. (However, this could be a good place if you are having a migraine and don't want bright lights). But honestly, I don’t come here for studying — I come for the horror movie atmosphere, the killer drinks, and the awesome people. If you're a horror fan or just want to try something different, I definitely recommend checking out Roast the Dead!

We decided to stop in to get some caffeine and because of the horror theme. Did not disappoint! It was worth the time to go a little out of our way on our road trip. We ordered an iced horchata coffee and red velvet coffee frap. Super yummy! Love the decor and would recommend to anyone looking for a different coffee shop vibe.
